we stand by children with autism and intellectual disabilities with patience, persistence, and lots of love. All our programs and activities aim to help our children reach their full potential, while also supporting their families. We are a dynamic team that shares the same vision: for our children to be included in a society of equal opportunities. You can become a part of this team too!

Do you want to support our children? Become a Volunteer at ALMA!

Our children and their families fight a daily “battle” to cope with the challenges that autism and intellectual disability bring, and they need people beside them—“allies”—to support them on this journey. They need you. Within our programs and activities, we need volunteers throughout the entire year.

Offer a little of your time, join our team (where you will also meet VERY interesting people — besides us! :D), and come help us support our children in practice — and have fun at the same time! (Of course, feel free to bring your friends or colleagues!)

Are you a “computer person”? Come help us — we get tangled with cables and our computers need you!

Are you handy? Bring your skills and help us with repairs in our facilities! (Plumbing, electrical work, carpentry — we need it all!)

Are you “adventurous”? Join our children and educators in our programs! (Horse riding, basketball, swimming — just a few of them!) You can help as support staff/assistant, and also participate yourself!

Are you “artistic”? We have plenty of work for you: creating handmade items — decorations, keychains, jewelry, candles, soaps, body creams, seasonal items, fabrics, gift products. All of these are sold at our Bazaars.

Are you a graphic designer? Come share your creative eye with us at ALMA and help us design attractive materials for our activities!

Are you a photographer? Come capture our children with disabilities through your own unique, artistic lens!

Are you a painter? Come show us, with your own colors, how joy can be painted within diversity.

Are you a musician? Come be inspired by the purest and most admirable souls you will ever meet, and let our children give rhythm to your song!

Are you an “entertainer”? Come bring joy to our children with your talents! Animator, theater, bubble shows, puppet theater — everything is welcome!

Are you a “people person”? Come join our educators and accompany our children on excursions and Sports Saturdays! Our children and young people at ALMA are great company — we guarantee it!

Are you “festive”? Come join us at our Bazaars — help us organize them, set them up, and sell our handmade creations!

Are you a “writer type”? Come help us out a little in the office! We would be grateful if you could “lend a hand” in our administrative services! (e.g., document handling, data entry, photocopying, etc.)

Are you “into sports”? Come with us to the sports events we organize and help cheer on our athletes!
